More digging, more trenches

Several large trench holes have been dug out under the paddock to dispose of all the unwanted rubble from the site. This left us with a large amount of top soil which is to be layed on the previously sunken patio area, to create a new level garden.

The digger arrives........

The whole site is levelled. A new 22' x 17' pre-cast concrete garage is on order, which requires a large slab base and will incorporate an outside work area. The patio garden area is to be redesigned and landscaped to plan.

This is where the work starts

After finally getting a verbal agreement from the local planning office, groundwork can begin. Planning permission is required and the application is being prepared.

In the mean time, the first job is to build a replacement garage workshop further down the plot.

Before that can happen, the other sheds need removing........thanks to a 50 year old Massey Ferguson and a box of matches!!!
